Arts Connect and RSA awarded grant from Paul Hamlyn Foundation
We are pleased to announce that our joint bid with the RSA and further partners, including Birmingham Education Partnership, Birmingham Rep, The Play House and Birmingham City University, has been awarded a grant from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
The Teacher Developmet Fund is a £1m pilot programme launched by the Foundation to tackle skills gaps in arts education. The focus of the pilot in the West Midlands is to work in collaboration with schools to co-design drama-based interventions to improve pupils’ writing.
