Job Role: Coordinator for the West Midlands Virtual Schools (WMVS) ArtsLink programme as part of the WMVS Children in Care Foundation offer
Fee: Up to £35,000 (Freelance per annum)

An innovative and enthusiastic Arts experienced professional is required to co-ordinate the exciting arts and cultural offer for the Children In Care cohort across the West Midlands region.
The ArtsLink West Midlands Programme is a collaborative partnership across the Virtual Schools (VS) of the West Midlands region, with co-invested from Arts Connect, the Bridge organisation for the West Midlands. This includes: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Herefordshire, Sandwell, Shropshire, Solihull, Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford & Wrekin, Warwickshire, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Worcestershire. It involves each VS working to develop their arts and cultural education provision and cultural offer for care experienced young people, developing the leadership, knowledge and confidence of relevant VS staff, and increasing the quality and quantity of artists working in this field.
The ArtsLink Coordinator will collaborate with the ArtsLink Steering Group (which acts on behalf of the Client and funding partner Arts Connect) to plan a programme which achieves its mission.
The contract(s) to start as soon as possible will run to the end of August 2023.
The total commission will be to work with all the Virtual Schools and their Arts Ambassadors across the region. The total commission will therefore be for a maximum of 140 days.
The commission may be given to one supplier or split between two or more suppliers as appropriate. Please indicate on your covering letter how many days you are interested in supplying.
