Creative Connections Herefordshire (CCH) is Herefordshire’s Local Cultural Education Partnership, a dynamic network of organisations connecting children and young people in Herefordshire with great arts and culture. By developing a collective and strategic approach we can expand our reach and impact to create exciting and inspiring opportunities for children & young people 0-25 years in Herefordshire, in their schools, communities’ arts organisations and everyday life.
We are seeking to appoint a Development Co-ordinator to support Creative Connections Herefordshire to develop further and deliver its planned programme, including a focus on informing and inspiring young people around creative careers.
The project is being managed by Hereford College of Arts (HCA), who will act as the lead contact on behalf of CCH partnership, and funded by the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Arts Development Ltd and Arts Connect. Hereford College of Arts is a vibrant, dedicated arts college with a specialist focus on art, media, design, popular music and performing arts. Our mission is to empower creativity and enrich our world through transformative arts education.
The Co-ordinator will provide support on the strategic development and planning for and on behalf of CCH. This will include strengthening relationships with education and the arts and cultural sector, extending opportunities for youth participation in CCH activity, and the co-ordination and delivery of key events and projects. It is essential to be ICT literate, have access to your own computer and be self-sufficient in office administration.
