Martin Green, CBE Chief Creative Officer Birmingham 2022 and Festival UK joins us to share his leadership journey and challenges as he leads high profile national and international projects in this moment.
We will welcome you to take part in a day of learning and reflection on various provocations that will feed, enliven, enrich and support your leadership as you navigate the current challenges in the arts and cultural sector.
In this year’s convention we will continue our enquiry into the themes of cultural democracy, participative leadership and expand our thinking about shifting audiences and shifting spaces for arts and culture.
We recognise that this is an important moment to reset our own commitments and expectations around fairness and equality in the sector. These themes are pressing as we focus on the health of our cultural ecology.
