Leading in uncertain times with optimism – responding to emergencies and challenges in the sector

What to expect of the day – we will:

• Reflect on the call to leadership in the context of current emergencies and challenges to the arts and cultural sector

• Explore the opportunities to re-imagine how arts and culture can develop in new ways to respond and sustain greater levels of participation and engagement in localised cultural ecologies

• Ensure we keep our commitment and fire alive for equality and inclusion and be a positive force for change through practice and praxis

• Continue to advance participatory leadership and cultural democracy and to build our resourcefulness as leaders in order to grow the capacity of emerging leaders and participants to safeguard the resourcefulness of the sector
