Opportunity to Tender for the Delivery of Arts Connect’s Regional Annual Tea-party Event

Arts Connect produces an annual regional Tea-party for teachers to meet the arts, cultural and heritage sectors through a marketplace, round-table discussions, and workshops. This is usually attended by 65-85 teachers and contributors include between 32-40 representatives from the arts and cultural sector.

We are looking for someone to plan, deliver and manage the Tea-party event at the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC) for 28 June 2018 within the budget and time-frame.

Please be aware that the preferred supplier will have to be assessed by the University of Wolverhampton to determine whether or not they fall within the scope of the new IR35 regulations. Commission: up to £2,500 inclusive
