Deadline: 12 noon, Thursday 5th May 2022
Evaluation of Warwickshire Cultural Education Partnership (WCEP) Partnership Investment.
Invitation to tender for an evaluation contract to investigate and evidence the impact of the WCEP’s Shout for the Arts Partnership Investment, across Warwickshire. For immediate start.
Context
Shout Out for the Arts is a partnership programme, led by Warwickshire Cultural Education Partnership (WCEP), with Barnardo’s, Arts Connect and Warwickshire County Council. It is funded by Arts Connect and Warwickshire County Council. The programme runs from April 2022 – March 2023 and has activity planned over these 12 months. The aim of the programme is to give children and young people (aged 0 – 25 years) of Warwickshire a voice to shout for access to arts and culture. The programme is run by a Board of Young People, supported by members from cultural organisations in Warwickshire and by Arts Connect. The outcomes of the programme have been set by the young people on the Shout for the Arts Board.
Evaluation brief
We are interested in analysing the outcomes and impact of the programme activity, focusing on qualitative feedback on a case study basis. We are looking to build evaluation evidence that is formative as well as summative so that we can use this data to advocate for the sustainability of the WCEP with funders and potential partners. This will include creating base data with participants at the beginning of the programme and measuring the impact of the programme.
