Strategic Planning Programme
What do we want to do?
We want to commission a company or a partnership of two or more people to deliver a ‘Strategic Planning Course for Working With Formal Education’ a course for up to 25 people from arts and cultural organisations who are interested in developing an approach to working with schools that is bespoke to their organisation and includes new ideas to address some of the common challenges.
Course Criteria – a description of the key requirements of the course.
The course must be delivered in Birmingham and must guide participants through a strategic planning process that results in them producing a ‘Strategic Plan for Working with Formal Education’ for their organisation or their work as an individual artist.
Budget
The budget is up to a maximum £15,000 excluding vat. This is an inclusive fee.
Timescale
Contract start: 30th April 2018
Completion by: 31st March 2019
