New school routines and changes in education provision can be challenging for young learners and their parents and teachers. As much of the world is adapting, it is important to try to maintain a focus on educational ambitions and hopes for the future.

The SPRINT Project is run by the University of Birmingham. It applies adapted mental skills techniques, such as those used by elite athletes, to improve our resilience to challenges, stresses, and periods of change.
